About The Mani Maison
Hi, I’m Marissa, the nail artist behind The Mani Maison. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, I’ve called Texas home for almost five years. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Morgan State University and nearly two years of nail experience, I’ve found the perfect balance of detail, organization, and creativity. I specialize in hard gel overlays and extensions, builder gel overlays, Gel-X, natural nail care, nail art, and pedicures — with a focus on creating clean, polished sets that feel effortlessly beautiful.
When I’m not at the nail table, you’ll probably find me spending quiet time with my bunnies, Bun Bun (aka Chance the Rabbit) and Willow, enjoying my morning coffee, working on a puzzle, reading a romance novel, or making an unnecessarily detailed spreadsheet. I love Bob’s Burgers, sweet treats, and all things Christmas. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel comfortable, and leave with nails you love — because luxury should feel cozy and effortless.
